RECENT TRENDS IN DIFFERENT TYPES OF SYNTHETIC HYDROPHILIC POLYMER NANOPARTICLES, METHODS OF SYNTHESIS & THEIR APPLICATIONS

چکیده

Numerous types of hydrophilic polymer nanoparticles (NPs) have recently become research hotspots because their ability to dissolve in water and can be adapted with respect physical, chemical, biological properties meet the requirements different applications. Synthetic polymeric NPs had successfully gained much attention unique physicochemical properties, such as low toxicity, biodegradability, bioavailability, support material for extensive swelling water. These synthetic polymers create new opportunities produce water-soluble that would able imitate structure function polymers. Several gain high interest including poly(N-isopropyl acrylamide) (PNIPAM), poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG), poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) poly(N-(2-hydroxypropyl) methacrylamide (PHPMA) are reviewed this paper. Furthermore, various synthesis methods instance emulsion polymerization, microemulsion polymerization inverse miniemulsion highlighted, a brief overview on recent applications especially medical also discussed thoroughly review.
